The Conservation Alliance of New York, Inc. (CANY) is a newly formed statewide sportsmen's organization formed by sportsmen for sportsmen and sportswomen. This new organization allows the hunter, fisherman, trapper, bird watcher, recreational vehicle owner, outdoors person and "conservationist" the right to vote, set policies, and be a member of the Board. In this organization, YOU have the power to create new bills that can change the way New Yorkers think.

The Conservation Alliance of New York has a full Board consisting of elected officers, 9 regional directors, and a director at large, and is administered by a professional, salaried president/executive director who carries out policies established by the Board.

The Conservation Alliance of New York is a 501(c)3 (pending) charitable, non-profit organization under the IRS' guidelines. Contributions to the Conservation Alliance of New York will be tax-deductible, and all monies will be accounted for and professionally managed.

As a member of the Conservation Alliance of New York, YOU are invited to attend the annual conference to participate, to vote for officers and directors, and/or to create better operating policies for this organization. The POWER is in your hands. YOUR VOICE will be HEARD in Albany. YOUR MEMBERSHIP is a vote of confidence to preserve and continue the tradition of the sport in which you are involved.
